Ho comprato alcuni anni fa una tenda da esterni. Pochi mesi fa mentre l’aprivo si è spezzato il braccio all’improvviso. Ho chiamato la ditta per capire e per richiederne la sistemazione per la quale avrei pagato senza problemi non essendo piu in garanzia. Sono rimasto spiacevolmente colpito per la maleducazione del titolare e della sua insistenza nel non credere nell’accaduto senza alcuna ragione insinuando in continuazione fosse colpa del vento.
I bought an outdoor tent a few years ago. A few months ago when I opened it he suddenly broke his arm. I called the company to understand and to request the accommodation for which I would have paid without problems since it is no longer under warranty. I was unpleasantly struck by the owner's rudeness and his insistence on not believing in what happened without any reason, constantly insinuating that it was the wind's fault.
