A	Angela Nardone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'impiegata si è persa in chiacchiere con tutti i clienti, con il risultato che sono stata in fila 2 ore per spedire una lettera (6 persone in fila), ma non essendoci tabacchino in paese non si ha altra scelta. Purtroppo le ho poi fatto un appunto in merito, con l'unico risultato di aver rallentato ulteriormente il servizio. Triste. People queuing in the cold.

E aggiungerei visti i commenti precedenti, cari signori e signore la fila fuori c'è causa disposizioni per il covid, dentro lavorano non si gioca a scala quaranta. B	Bruna Barison on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Certamente ci sono le file, ma ci sono davanti a tutti gli uffici postali, banche etc. Le signore non perdono mai tempo, caso mai siamo noi clienti che arrivati allo sportello ci dilunghiamo a chiedere informazioni, fregandoci della fila. C'è un app delle Poste che funziona perfettamente per chiedere un appuntamento e non aspettare. Funziona. Vedrete che non aspetterete due ore. E poi, calma, siamo in pandemia.... L'impiegata allo sportello farà il suo lavoro ma senza sudare... non aiutata dal fatto che tanti clienti sono del circondario e quindi qualche chiacchiera la fanno. Se avete MOLTA fortuna in mezz'ora di attesa sarete serviti... Usually there are 2 employees and the branch manager but do not hope for it: there will always and in any case be ONLY ONE door open. A	Alessandra Stefani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata per problemi con postepay evolution e app. L'impiegata purtroppo non è riuscita a vedere subito dove fosse il problema e la sua collega, allo sportello chiuso a fare altro,si è presa in carico ''la patata bollente'' per evitare che si formassero code dietro a me. Per risolvermi il tutto servivano credenziali non disponibili sul momento; è arrivata la sig.ra Fabrizia, che si era liberata, e dal suo ufficio ha risolto tutto in 5 minuti.
