era secca , asciutta ed emanava un certo odorino di rancido ; la sugna di copertura era giallognola .
la fetta risultava secca nonostante un ' attenta mondatura dell ' area circostante .da una parte è strano in quanto negli ingredienti oltre coscia di suino e sale cerano anche nitrati ed altro ; ma poteva comunque aver preso una botta di caldo o era stata mal conservata ...tutto può succedere .
la riporto dal grossista che mi da ragione e la rende al rappresentante .
chi propone un ' eccellenza è attento ai disguidi di questo genere e ci aspettavamo che in qualità di primo acquisto ce ne selezionasse una nuova ed eccezionale ...Delusione
il rappresentante ci fa sapere tramite grossista che tutto sommato anche se secca , salata e odorosa , con una grossa pulizia l ' avremmo potuta utilizzare e ci scala il peso riportato ( ne mancava si e no 1 kg )
Non è l ' atteggiamento giusto ..in Italia stiamo andando indietro .
Rappresentanti vecchio stampo non avrebbero messo l ' azienda in una situazione simile.Noi non avremmo mal recensito , magari avremmo trovato buono il prodotto e saremmo diventati clienti ...perdersi in un bicchier d ' acqua

Old fashioned representatives would not have put the company in a similar situation. We would not have badly reviewed, maybe we would have found the product good and we would have become customers ... getting lost in a glass of water
