★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima pasta. Per un periodo di tempo la trovavamo al Maxi Futura a Salerno (ormai chiuso da tempo), adesso non sappiamo dove trovarla. Complimenti per la mischiglia come si realizzava tantissimi anni fa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pour moi c'est les meilleures pâtes artisanales que je connaissent on dirait qu'elle sont fraîches quand on les cuits!!elles sont aussi très nourrissantes et très bonnes!
peut être même très peu d'engrais chimiques.....ils ont une gamme bio.
les habitants du basilicate et l'entreprise sont justes formidables! à découvrir toute cette région en montagne à deux pas de la mer. à manger sans modération : y a aussi de l'huile d'olive formidable et goûteuse dans cette région.
for me it is the best artisanal pasta I know it looks like it is fresh when cooked !! They are also very nutritious and very good!
can even be very little chemical fertilizer ..... they have a bio range.
the basilicate people and the company are just great! to discover all this mountain region just a stone's throw from the sea. to eat without moderation: there is also wonderful and tasty olive oil in this region.
