Magazzinieri tempestivi e precisi, autisti gentilissimi e molto attenti, Piero super gentile e sempre pronto a soddisfare il cliente…una garanzia! A differenza del corriere con cui collaboravo in precedenza non c’è davvero paragone, mai avuto una lamentela ne alcun pacco con il benché minimo segno di effrazione. Insuperabili!
I frequently work with Mastrosimone… delicious to say the least !! Timely and precise warehouse workers, very kind and very attentive drivers, Piero super kind and always ready to satisfy the customer ... a guarantee! Unlike the courier I worked with previously, there is really no comparison, never had a complaint or any package with the slightest sign of break-in. Unsurpassed!

Partiamo dal pre- consegna: telefonata al cliente per accordi e, se fuori orario lavorativo, trovano sempre il modo di andare incontro al cliente con una soluzione su misura. Consegna: Mai arrivato un pacco rotto, i corrieri sono sempre molto attenti e gentili (sicuramente selezionati con cura dai titolari) rispettando sempre gli orari stabiliti.
Io utilizzo anche il servizio di ritiro fisso durante la settimana e anche qui, impeccabili. Nel corso degli anni, nonostante non ci fossimo mai conosciuti di persona, si è creato un rapporto di stima e fiducia con Piero e Lucia avendo come obiettivo comune la soddisfazione del cliente e devo dire che in questo ci sono riusciti benissimo! Consigliato per qualsiasi servizio perché è di qualità Top.
I have been collaborating with Mastrosimone for about 5 years and, thanks to their availability and seriousness, we have solved the many delivery problems we had with the previous courier. Let's start with the pre-delivery: phone call to the customer for agreements and, if outside working hours, they always find a way to meet the customer with a tailor-made solution. Delivery: A broken package has never arrived, the couriers are always very careful and kind (certainly carefully selected by the owners) always respecting the established times.
I also use the fixed collection service during the week and here too, flawless. Over the years, despite the fact that we had never met in person, a relationship of esteem and trust has been created with Piero and Lucia with the common goal of customer satisfaction and I must say that they have succeeded very well in this! Recommended for any service because it is of Top quality.
