Negli anni la professionalità, la gentilezza, la cura del cliente sono rimasti invariati, se non accresciuti. La signora Fiorella ti accoglie con la sua simpatia e dolcezza, tutto il personale ti fa sentire seguita ed aiutata nella migliore scelta nelle problematiche legate alla vista. Da consigliare assolutamente! I probably made the first pair of glasses here as a child. Over the years the professionalism, kindness, customer care have remained unchanged, if not increased. Ms. Fiorella welcomes you with her friendliness and sweetness, all the staff makes you feel followed and helped in the best choice in problems related to sight. Absolutely to be recommended!

Premessa, ho un cheratocono. Le lenti le sopportavo massimo per 6/7 ore, da loro ho trovato la soluzione più confortevole, mi hanno proposto le lenti sclerali e devo dire che ora le tengo in dosso anche 15 ore e non sento il fastidio e per di più vedo anche molto meglio. Grazie di tutto e sopratutto grazie a Fiorella per il supporto che mi ha dato nell’insegnarmi a mettere queste nuove lenti, ed a Maurizio per avermi dato la soluzione al mio problema. I have been to this Specialized Contact Lens Center, and I must say that it reflected my expectations that I had, I came to them through some friends who had spoken very highly of them. Background, I have keratoconus. I endured the lenses for a maximum of 6/7 hours, I found the most comfortable solution from them, they proposed scleral lenses to me and I must say that now I wear them for 15 hours and I do not feel the discomfort and moreover I also see a lot better. Thanks for everything and above all thanks to Fiorella for the support she gave me in teaching me to wear these new lenses, and to Maurizio for giving me the solution to my problem.

Grazie alle lenti SEL Optical concepite in Germania e prodotte in Italia lo spessore è molto ridotto e non sono pesanti. Grazie ad ottica FIOS Roncaccia. Mio padre Mario Colonna è cliente da sessant'anni. Il personale è cortese e professionale e la qualità dei prodotti molto alta. Today I bought a Japanese Masunaga frame (from 1905) and new lenses (10.5 diopters less). Thanks to the SEL Optical lenses conceived in Germany and produced in Italy, the thickness is very low and they are not heavy. Thanks to FIOS Roncaccia optics. My father Mario Colonna has been a customer for sixty years. The staff is courteous and professional and the quality of the products is very high.

Mi servo ormai da anni da loro, misurazione vista, occhiali e lenti, ci porto anche le ragazze, sono tutti sempre molto disponibili e carini con loro nonostante la vivacità. A	Anna Sardi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono (ero) cliente della Fios da almeno 20 anni ma ultimamente qualcosa è cambiato...... decisamente in peggio. Il personale non è assolutamente attento alle necessità del cliente e la qualità tecnica notevolmente diminuita. Ho dovuto riportare ben tre paia di occhiali perché dopo qualche mese dall'acquisto avevano tutti lo stesso difetto: le lenti completame rovinate. Faccio presente che le mie lenti sono molto costose, dato il mio difetto visivo. Invece delle scuse mi sentivo accusare di aver usato la lacca (mai fatto) e la fatidica frase " ma non è possibile, capitano tutte a lei". Un paio di occhiali me li hanno fatti rifare e...... dopo neanche 3 mesi sono da buttare. Giudizio finale pessimo, non ci metterò più piede e lo sconsigliero' a tutti I have been (I was) a customer of Fios for at least 20 years but lately something has changed ... definitely for the worse. The staff is not absolutely attentive to the customer's needs and the technical quality has significantly decreased. I had to bring back three pairs of glasses because after a few months from the purchase they all had the same defect: the completely damaged lenses. I would like to point out that my lenses are very expensive, given my visual defect. Instead of an apology, I felt accused of having used hairspray (never done) and the fateful phrase "but it's not possible, it all happens to her". They made me redo a pair of glasses and ...... after less than 3 months they are to be thrown away. Bad final judgment, I will not set foot on it anymore and I will advise against it at all
