Gli occhiali sono stati un po storto dal primo giorno. La settimana scorsa abbiamo fatto un controllo in ospedale e il medico ci ha detto che la montatura che ci hanno dato era sbagliato. Nonostante era scritto sulla ricetta che la montatura deve essere BASSA, loro nel negozio non ci hanno detto niente e ci hanno venduto un paio che non era bassa. Noi non sapendo che cosa era scritto perché capiscono solo ottici e medici, non sapevamo nulla. Adesso che siamo tornati da nuovo per cambiare la montatura che ci hanno venduto sbagliato, non chiedono neanche scusa ma non prendono nemmeno la responsabilità del loro errore. Come se fosse nostra errore comprare una montatura sbagliata. E poi avevano pocchissime scelte. Niente scusa e solo un po di sconto per la prossima montatura. Sconsiglio pienamente. We have been the customers for three years. But we didn't like the last approach. I bought a pair of prescription glasses for my 9 year old daughter in May 2020. The glasses have been a little crooked from day one. Last week we had a check-up in the hospital and the doctor told us that the frame they gave us was wrong. Although it was written on the recipe that the frame must be LOW, they in the shop did not tell us anything and they sold us a pair that was not low. Not knowing what was written because only opticians and doctors understand, we knew nothing. Now that we're back again to change the wrong frame they sold us, they don't even apologize but they don't even take responsibility for their mistake. As if it were our mistake to buy the wrong frame. Besides, they had very few choices. No excuses and just a little discount for the next frame. I fully advise against.

Il laboratorio interno permette di risolvere velocemente anche problemi complicati. Oggi sono andato con occhiale vecchio e rotto e sono uscito con uno nuovo stesse lenti ma riadattate alla nuova montatura. Perfetto!!! Pears always the top in Rome. Dopo una lunga attesa (che ci sta, c'erano solo due ottici che si occupavano degli occhiali da vista), mi ha servito un ottico di età abbastanza grande. Innanzitutto mi dava del tu (ho 36 anni e mica un ragazzino) e mi parlava con un atteggiamento veramente scortese e arrogante. Gli ho detto la fascia di prezzo e i modelli preferiti. Allora ha cominciato a buttare fuori alcune montature senza spiegazione accurata. Mi ha chiesto il mio cognome e gliel'ho scritto. Lui si è accorto che era la mia prima volta da loro. allora mi dice "ah ma non sei mai venuto qui? allora come faccio a sapere la tua gradazione". beh, direi che sia il suo lavoro.. già il suo atteggiamento così maleducato mi faceva passare la voglia, figuriamoci con l'ultima parola. allora sono uscito senza prendere niente. mai più. Dovrei aggiungere che altri personali erano cordiali e disponibili nel rispondere. è peccato aver avuto una conversazione così spiacevole perché mi fa sempre piacere creare un momento piacevole da condividere con i personali. I visited the shop around 7pm on November 25, 2021 to pick up a pair of eyeglasses. After a long wait (which we are, there were only two opticians who took care of the eyeglasses), I was served by an optician of a fairly old age. First of all he called me tu (I'm 36 and not a kid) and spoke to me with a really rude and arrogant attitude. I told him the price range and favorite models. Then he started throwing out some hype with no accurate explanation. He asked for my surname and I wrote it to him. He realized it was my first time with them. then he says to me "ah but you never came here? so how do I know your gradation". well, I would say it's his job .. already his attitude so rude made me pass the desire, let alone with the last word. then I went out without taking anything. never again. I should add that other staff were friendly and helpful in responding. it's a shame I had such an unpleasant conversation as I always enjoy creating a pleasant moment to share with the staffs.
