★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il 21 Aprile mi sono recata da Optariston per l'acquisto di un paio di occhiali da vista. La persona che mi ha servita si è mostrata molto professionale e io ho deciso di acquistare gli occhiali. Il 26 Aprile, ricevuto il messaggio che gli occhiali erano pronti, mi sono recata al negozio per il ritiro. Ahimè però una lente era graffiata in maniera molto evidente in due punti. Si scusano per l'accaduto e mi dicono che avrei dovuto aspettare altri 3-4 giorni per la nuova lente. Il giorno successivo però (27 Aprile) mi dicono che l'occhiale era pronto. Mi reco nuovamente al negozio e, osservando attentamente la lente, mi accorgo che la lente non era stata sostituita affatto, ma avevano tentato di eliminare i graffi utilizzando non saprei dire cosa e comunque rimuovendo lo strato superficiale. L'inserviente constatando la presenza dei graffi, seppur meno evidenti, si scusa nuovamente e mi assicura che avrebbero cambiato la lente rovinata.
On April 21st I went to Optariston to buy a pair of eyeglasses. The person who served me was very professional and I decided to buy the glasses. On April 26, receiving the message that the glasses were ready, I went to the store for collection. Alas, however, one lens was very clearly scratched in two places. They apologize for what happened and tell me that I would have to wait another 3-4 days for the new lens. But the next day (April 27) they tell me that the glasses were ready. I go back to the shop and, looking carefully at the lens, I realize that the lens had not been replaced at all, but they had tried to eliminate the scratches using I don't know what and in any case by removing the surface layer. The attendant noting the presence of the scratches, albeit less evident, apologizes again and assures me that they would have changed the damaged lens.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a pair of frames from Optariston when I was in Rome. Unfortunately, I broke them (my fault). Optariston (Andrea Pascucci) were wonderful in helping me replace the frames. Communication by email was excellent and my new frames arrived quickly and perfectly packaged. Thank you!
