★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio prenotazione telefonico (ortopedia) assente. Nonostante il turno indicato dalla voce telefonica registrata( l'unica che ho potuto ascoltare) da più di un ora nessuno risponde. Sottolineo il fatto che non penso si tratti di una casualità, in quanto precedentemente avvertito da conoscenti del relativo problema.
Telephone booking service (orthopedics) absent. Despite the shift indicated by the recorded telephone voice (the only one I could hear) for more than an hour no one has answered. I emphasize the fact that I do not think it is a coincidence, as previously warned by acquaintances of the relative problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ieri mi sono prenotata per fare un po' di fisioterapia ma purtroppo oggi non posso rispettare l'orario datomi per motivi di famiglia e così mi sono premurata di avvisare in tempo ed ho telefonato al 761780...per una buona mezz'ora sono stata al telefono per cercare di comunicare ma è stato impossibile...ho fatto 5 telefonate ma la voce metallica diceva di mettermi in comunicazione ma nessuno mi ha risposto...io non capisco perchè un ospedale, una clinica, una struttura di eccellenza quale si dice che sia tratta male l'utenza non permettendo un riscontro telefonico,, almeno il pomeriggio..... finiamola di farci sempre considerare terzo mondo....
yesterday I booked to do some physiotherapy but unfortunately today I cannot respect the time given to me for family reasons and so I took care to notify in time and I phoned 761780 ... for a good half hour I was on the phone to try to communicate but it was impossible ... I made 5 phone calls but the metallic voice said to put me in communication but no one answered me ... I do not understand why a hospital, a clinic, a structure of excellence such as he says that the user is treated badly by not allowing a telephone reply, at least in the afternoon ..... let's stop always being considered third world ....
