G	Giuseppe Ranno on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mia madre è stata ricoverata per circa un mese, e sia lei che noi parenti siamo stati "positivamente" colpiti dalla pulizia, competenza medica, professionalita del personale sanitario e dalla matrice unica "la disponibilità". Il problema sta nascendo adesso, perchè non troviamo una altra struttura dove far completare il processo riabilitativo senza sottoporre mia madre a umiliazioni e mortificazioni, cosa che sta accadendo già da ieri con il suo trasferimento. Un enorme grazie al Direttore Sanitario e a tutto il suo encomiabile staff. My mother was hospitalized for about a month, and both she and us relatives were "positively" impressed by the cleanliness, medical competence, professionalism of the healthcare staff and the unique matrix "availability". The problem is arising now, because we do not find another structure where the rehabilitation process can be completed without subjecting my mother to humiliation and mortification, which has been happening since yesterday with her transfer. A huge thank you to the Medical Director and all his commendable staff.

Sono stato ricoverato a Villa l'Ulivo per più di due mesi a seguito di un ictus ed il personale è stato eccezionale, sia infermieristico (in particolare Alessandra, Desiree, Rita e Jesus) che fisioterapico (in particolare Alessio, Nino e la dott.ssa Ippolito). Vorrei evidenziare la grandissima preparazione, dedizione e umanità della dott.ssa Federica Cocuzza, mia logopedista, che è riuscita a restituirmi la voce e che mi è stata di supporto nei momenti di sconforto. In ultimo ma non per importanza, un ringraziamento a tutti i medici, psicologi ed al personale amministrativo e ristorativo (si mangia molto bene!) che, nonostante le problematiche quotidiane di chi ha a che fare con casi più o meno gravi, non fanno mai mancare un sorriso. Grazie di cuore a tutti! Outstanding staff! I was hospitalized at Villa dell'Ulivo for more than two months following a stroke and the staff was exceptional, both nursing (in particular Alessandra, Desiree, Rita and Jesus) and physiotherapy (in particular Alessio, Nino and Dr. Ippolito). I would like to highlight the great preparation, dedication and humanity of Dr. Federica Cocuzza, my speech therapist, who managed to give me back my voice and who was supportive in moments of discouragement. Last but not least, thanks to all the doctors, psychologists and the administrative and catering staff (you eat very well!) Who, despite the daily problems of those who deal with more or less serious cases, never do miss a smile. Many thanks to all!
A	Arch Maria Franca De Luca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo ahimè non posso parlarne positivamente mia madre problema al femore operato è stata ospite in questa struttura per la riabilitazione che fin da subito non si è notato alcun miglioramento ...apparentemente si presenta accogliente la struttura ma subito ci rendiamo conto che non funziona . Chiedevamo notizie sul decorso se per esempio mia madre avesse compiuto la terapia in quella giornata la risposta era diversa a seconda della persona a cui chiedevi : dal non lo so oppure si oggi terapia a letto col macchinario od altre ancora smentite le risposte da altri ospiti che condividevano la camera...dite voi? Per non parlare di (come succede spesso dalle nostra è parti) che alcuni infermieri preparati calmi e gentili devono fare il lavoro che altri così detti infermieri e ausiliari come per esempio sistemare L ammalato perché scivolato troppo nel letto...cambiarli perché sporchi ...non curandosi minimamente del bisogno del momento ...ma rimandando a dopo la pulizia o L esigenza che il degente soffre in quel momento soprattutto quando è vicino il cambio turno per lasciare tutto il lavoro anche quello che toccherebbe a questi lavativi ...alle poche persone responsabili che si sobbarcheranno anche del loro lavoro ...ovviamente a scapito del povero ricoverato che diventa depressi..i cosiddetti dirigenti dovrebbero stare accorti circa questo stile d andazzo ne va del buon nome della struttura .... Ovviamente questo è solo il minimo di ciò che non va in questa struttura per il resto preferisci lasciare immaginare qualche volta immaginare è meglio... Morale della favola mi sono trovato come a casa mia. (una famiglia) Facilities like these, any city would like, cleanliness doc, excellent cuisine, very helpful and polite oss staff, excellent nurses, very good doctors, very patient physiotherapists and 100% professionalism. A	Angela Maniscalco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ke dire..operata di ictus il 15 febbraio a Cannizzaro viene trasferita qui alla Carmide x la riabilitazione... paziente nervosa..scostante... irrequieta...e altro ancora... l'unica persona Ke aveva un ♥️la locopedista,nmmn gli assistenti sociali erano a favore infatti Ke a 12 gg l'hanno trasferita alla Futura... mentre doveva rimanere lì x 2 mesi....gli ultimi gg da sola in una stanza senza nmmn le dovute attrezzature x sollevarsi, nonostante la sua situazione combatteva x vivere.... Se era possibile l'avrei tenuta a casa ma nn era facile visto le cure Ke poi si sn rivelate nn cure Sn arrabbiata...indignata .. X fare questo lavoro ci vuole amore...ma soprattutto pazienza. Potrei dire ancora mahhh ormai tt è andato via insieme alla mia Grande Mamma ?
