 Professional and trained doctors and physiotherapists, shame about the reception at the entrance managed in a disorderly way by staff confused in welcoming customers and not very reserved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo andati il 03\12\19 ed attualmente mia mamma è in cura li. Struttura che si presenta bella ed elegante, ingresso quasi da reception di un hotel. Due segretarie simpatiche e disponibili si mettono a disposizione per ogni cosa. Il trattamento (con ozono) intrapreso per la schiena e la sciatica ha ancora da mostrare i suo effetti, probabilmente tra un mesetto circa darò un parere. Il medico è molto alla mano, forse un po' frettoloso nel parlare e spiegare le cose, ma di certo è ben preparato e direi anche capace di instaurare un buon rapporto medico\paziente senza troppi giri di parole. Se anche la terapia dovesse fare l'effetto sperato direi che è da consigliare al 100%.
PS: Per come qualcuno ci ha descritto questa terapia, il dolore per il trattamento (lombare) è abbastanza presente anche se a mio avviso diventa soggettivo, in compenso è veloce, 10 minuti e si è fuori.
We went there on 03 03th and currently my mom is in treatment there. Structure that looks beautiful and elegant, almost from the reception of a hotel. Two nice and helpful secretaries are available for everything. The treatment (with ozone) undertaken for the back and sciatica has yet to show its effects, probably in a month or so I will give an opinion. The doctor is very approachable, perhaps a bit hasty in speaking and explaining things, but he is certainly well prepared and I would say also capable of establishing a good medical relationship without too many words. If therapy should have the desired effect, I would say that it is 100% recommended.
PS: As someone described this therapy to us, the pain for the treatment (lumbar) is quite present even if in my opinion it becomes subjective, on the other hand it is fast, 10 minutes and you are out.

Richiesta prenotazione per ecografia, ricevuto, telefonicamente, dopo qualche giorno, la data e l’orario, presentatomi alla reception mi sento dire che non c’è nessuna prenotazione a mio nome.
Ho preferito evitare inutili discussioni, e mi rivolgerò ad altra struttura, spero, meglio organizzata.
Bad experience: absolutely poor booking service.
Booking request for ultrasound, received, by telephone, after a few days, the date and time, I presented myself at the reception and I am told that there is no booking in my name.
I preferred to avoid unnecessary discussions, and I will turn to another, I hope, better organized structure.
