M	Maria C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono appena uscita dalla struttura in quanto ho accompagnato mia figlia minorenne, tutti super carini, il dottore che ha in cura mia figlia Scavone, troppo dolce, cosi anche per il dottor Caputo, i ragazzi meravigliosi tutti, e anche gli addetti alle pulizie, tranne per un cafone che era al reparto ricovero,ho visto un'altra recensione e sono sicura che questa signora parla proprio di lui quando ha detto che c'era un arrogante maleducato. I just left the facility as I accompanied my underage daughter, all super cute, the doctor who takes care of my daughter Scavone, too sweet, so also for Doctor Caputo, all the wonderful boys, and also the cleaners, except for a boor who was in the hospitalization ward, I saw another review and I'm sure this lady is talking about him when she said there was a rude arrogant.

Persone anziane convocate alle 7:30 del mattino e lasciate per ore in strada aspettando procedure di tamponi covid lentissime e farraginose ?‍♂️ Bad experience for a pre-hospitalization. Confusion and disorganization reign supreme. Elderly people summoned at 7:30 in the morning and left for hours in the street waiting for very slow and cumbersome covid swab procedures ?‍♂️

Una nota negativa va a uno dei medici di guardia al ricovero che è stato super sgarbato e troppo prepotente ,non so come faccia a lavorare in una struttura così ben organizzata io l’avrei mandato sulle Alpi a mungere ! Professor Stissi and Caputo were wonderful and professional, the staff all friendly and attentive to your needs! A negative note goes to one of the doctors on call at the hospital who was super rude and too overbearing, I don't know how he works in such a well-organized structure I would have sent him to the Alps to milk!

Un riconoscimento alla bravura e alla professionalità del dottore che mi ha portato in quest'ottima clinica e alla sua equipe , in particolar modo al dottor Rahal che oltre alla sua competenza ha saputo dimostrare non poca umanità nelle attenzioni e nelle cure che presta ai pazienti. Consigliatissimo. Last October I underwent surgery and found fully satisfactory results. A recognition to the skill and professionalism of the doctor who brought me to this excellent clinic and to his team, especially to Dr. Rahal who, in addition to his competence, has been able to demonstrate not a little humanity in the attention and care he gives to patients. Se chiedi alla reception informazioni in merito ai pazienti che devono sottoporsi ad intervento, e che quindi non puoi personalmente contattare, rispondono dicendo cose diverse, qualcuno utilizzando pure toni sgarbati. L’attesa è infinita. L’orario dell’appuntamento non coincide con quello dell’effettiva erogazione della prestazione. Trascorrono ore. Alcuni pazienti eseguono tampone, accettazione ed intervento nella stessa giornata, altri (per la stessa motivazione) devono ritornare in giorni diversi. Ai pz stessi l’accettazione viene fatta dopo ore, letteralmente. Pessima in tutto, nonostante sia una clinica privata. Bad experience. Some patients perform swab, admission and surgery on the same day, others (for the same reason) have to return on different days. The patients themselves are accepted after hours, literally. Bad at all, despite being a private clinic.

Gli infermieri dello stand per il tampone, la segreteria Concetta per i pagamenti e l'accettazione, l'infermiere all'ingresso al quale ho chiesto una cortesia, il dottore Torrisi e tutto il suo staff, tutti cortesi e delicati. La struttura è molto pulita, camere e bagni comodi ed impeccabili. I had a great time. Welcome, availability and kindness from entry to resignation. The nurses at the stand for the swab, the Concetta secretariat for payments and acceptance, the nurse at the entrance to whom I asked for a courtesy, Doctor Torrisi and all his staff, all courteous and delicate. The structure is very clean, comfortable and impeccable rooms and bathrooms.
