Oltre ad aver trovato la professionalità ho trovato un ambiente di estrema diligenza ed empatia nei confronti dei pazienti. 12 giorni di decenza in cui non c'era giorno in cui i Dottori (ognuno ad ogni cambio turno) non passava per un controllo o una semplice parola di conforto. Gli infermieri che arrivavano subito ad ogni richiesta, e la pulizia delle stanze efficiente ed immancabile. Ringrazio tutti i dottori (Dott. Neri, Dott.ssa Barbagallo, Dott. Cottone, Dott.ssa Castelli e il Dott. Chisari) per la loro professionalità, tutti gli infermieri per la loro pazienza e gentilezza e per tutto ad il resto dello staff.. in particolar modo al Sig. Vincenzo (detto dott.house) per le risate che mi ha regalato in questi giorni. Struttura meravigliosa in tutto e per tutto!!! I was admitted to this clinic for a kidney infection. I couldn't find a better place. Ringrazio veramente di cuore i due medici perché l'intervento di resezione prostatica transuretrale è andato benissimo, nonostante si siano presentate complicazioni dovute ad un precedente K-Sigma operato 20 anni fa. Al Prof. Morgia e alla Dottoressa Zingone un ringraziamento speciale per la loro grande professionalità ma soprattutto per la loro umanità e disponibilità mostrata. Ringrazio infine tutto il personale della struttura. s	salvatore on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Casa di cura da ricordare solo per la bella location e parte di personale medico di ottimo livello, per il resto servizio sanitario decisamente scadente, in particolare osservo che: 1) ho dovuto sollecitare la prenotazione di un intervento urologico a pagamento, sebbene mi avevano garantito che mi dovevano contattare; 2) per gli esami pre-intervento ho dovuto perdere un'intera giornata sebbene ho pagato tutto di tasca mia; 3) mi hanno assegnato una stanza di degenza con pulizia appena sufficiente ed un letto per l'accompagnatore (pagato) costituito da una vecchia e maldestra poltrona; 4) il vitto letteralmente da buttare, almeno per come cucinato; 5) un'infermiera in particolare, a dir bene poco educata, la mattina alle 05.00 apre la porta della stanza senza bussare, senza salutare e senza spiegare il motivo di questa presenza mattutina, procedendo frettolosamente a misurarmi la pressione arteriosa; 6) trasportato in sala operatore come se fosse una valigia da scaricare prima possibile; 7) dulcis in fundo, richiedo la cartella clinica lo stesso giorno delle dimissione, pagando tutto in anticipo, ed ancora oggi, a distanza di oltre 30 giorni, ancora attendo la spedizione della copia, arrecandomi non pochi danni che mi riserverò di fare accertare. Ecco questa è la mia esperienza. Devo dire che ne sono rimasta positivamente colpita. Voglio ringraziare innanzitutto il Prof. Morgia per avermi seguita con professionalità e umanità, che non è da tutti. Altro ringraziamento alla dott.essa Zingone che con la sua dolcezza, nonché professionalità è riuscita a mettermi subito a mio agio. Sempre presenti per chiarire ogni dubbio o timore. Ed infatti, ho avuto modo di constatare, con tantissimo piacere quanto, da lui riferitomi, sulla struttura sulla qualità dei servizi dall'accoglienza, l'organizzazione, lo staff Medico, infermieristico e agli Ausiliari. Per quanto concerne l’intervento sono stato seguito dal Prof Morgia e dalla sua Assistente D.ssa Zingone i quali sin dal nostro primo incontro oltre a mettersi a completa disposizione mi hanno dato molta serenità e tranquillità prima dell'intervento, ma maggiormente dopo l'intervento sempre presenti nella persona della D.ssa Zingone. Per quanto riguarda il personale infermieristico, non posso che complimentarmi per la superlativa preparazione e professionalità del personale, nonché disponibilità ed assistenza, che non viene meno neanche dal personale ausiliario i quali anch’essi disponibili comprensivi e molto vicini agli assistiti presenti in struttura ed “umani”, cosa importante che è difficile trovare. Non posso far altro che complimentarmi di vero cuore e poter essere un ulteriore strumento di pubblicità, come avvenuto per me, nel segnalare la struttura che è veramente un eccellenza. Morgia che con la sua professionalità e umanità è stato sempre disponibile, avevo quasi perso il mio rene sinistro e grazie a lui e la Dottoressa Zincone sono riusciti a salvarlo. Sono in attesa del terzo intervento per sistemare e togliere i calcoli e anche se l’intervento dovesse essere complicato sono sicuro che ce la faranno, Ho avuto una buona esperienza presso questa struttura. Personale qualificato e disponibile, gli infermieri molto preparati, l’unica cosa che mi ha lasciato scontento e la temperatura bassa nei piani -1 e la sala operatoria. Maleducazione e gentilezza la fanno da padroni, con la scusa della pandemia ci sono stati ridotti i tempi e modi per poter far visita ai degenti (1 ora al giorno solo un unico famigliare, Esempio : se entra il marito per quel giorno non è possibile ammettere altri parenti a visita) . Mai riusciti noi famigliari a poter parlare con il dott. Palumbo medico che si è occupato dell'intervento , ma con il suo sostituto a livello di relazioni con il pubblico. Il paziente interessato dopo avere fatto intervento protesi, è stato portato/a al reparto senza aver neanche cambiato il lenzuolo della sala operatoria verso il proprio posto letto e da circa 5 giorni non sono state neanche cambiate le lenzuola al paziente, non solo , di 5 giorni effettivi all'interno della struttura una sola ora di fisioterapia dopo l'intervento, invece delle 4 sessioni circa richieste dal personale medico per poter cominciare la riabilitazione dovute al post operazione. La scusa: personale assente, chi ha 104, chi non si è presentato ecc... Struttura pessima state lontani. Buttati via 110 euro infatti li richiedono il giorno dell'accettazione, la scusa: una tantum per la clinica. Pessima cucina all'interno. Questa è la trascrizione per conto di un paziente.
