Se poi il cane sia una distrazione per la padrona, dipendente, ed i colleghi ITL è un dettaglio.... Auspico che anche all'utenza sia garantito questo privilegio, almeno nn ci si annoia nell'attesa What to say???? A public office where dogs are allowed: an exception! Congratulations to the Director. L'ispettorato di Bergamo invece risponde, ma non è di loro competenza. Presumo che questa sede sia mal gestita. They do not respond to emails or phone calls made in three days of attempts. This creates damage to the observance of workers' rights. The Bergamo inspectorate, on the other hand, responds, but it is not their responsibility. I assume this venue is poorly managed.

Il funzionario , che sa fare il suo lavoro ,veloce e preciso compila e chiude la pratica in 10 minuti . Ma fisicamente attendere 2 ore per farsi timbrare della modulistica tenendo aperto 1 solo sportello mi pare abbia davvero poco senso. M	Matteo L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Classico ufficio pubblico dove neanche i film di Zalone arrivano a descrivere tanto disservizio. È più di un mese che cerco di contattarli (ho inviato 2 PEC e 2 email). Al telefono non rispondono mai e le due volte che per caso hanno risposto mi hanno detto di mandare una mail di sollecito o chiamare un altro numero dove poi non ha risposto nessuno. Che dire.. classici posti dove meriterebbero il licenziamento in tronco. Tra l’altro non esistono enti “superiori” a cui fare riferimento per una lamentela. Ah dimenticavo, ho mandato anche una mail a quello che è indicato come direttore dal loro sito internet. Quando si dice che il pesce puzza dalla testa.. ovviamente anche da lui nessuna risposta. Bisogno solo sperare di non avere mai bisogno di loro. Peccato che percepiscano uno stipendio, abbiano dei giorni di ferie (ferie da cosa?!?) e li porteremo comodamente fino alla pensione. Dopo tanti tentativi e per la mia fortuna mi ha risposto il signore Franco Santafemia chi mi ha aiutato tanto e mi ha spiegato anche tutto quello che devo fare, nello stesso giorno ho mandato la mia domanda e dopo 2 giorni ho richiamato di nuovo nello stesso numero e per fortuna mi ha risposto lui , mi ha completato la mia domanda e mi ha mandato subito la convalida della mia dimissioni, sono stata molto contenta e soddisfatta. Grazie mille signore Franco Santafemia , sei una persona chi fa il suo lavoro con il cuore. R	Rossella Salvo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho partorito il 23 dicembre appena mi è stato possibile sempre fine dicembre dopo un cesareo ho presentato la pratica per la maternità post partum mi hanno risposto inizio febbraio dicendomi che la mia pratica non è stata accettata.. io ho rimandato tutto nuovamente perché a delle colleghe e stata accettata dicendo che estate accetta eccc ma.ancora nessuna risposta..allora mi metto al cell per terminare e nessuno risponde allora chiamo a Como.. Como mi da una email di una signora che lavora dentro e in più dei numeri diretti da chiamare in un certo orario allora lunedì scorso mando l' ennesima email cercando spiegazioni e con tutti i documenti in più il foglio delle dimissioni del ospedale aspetto risposta fino ad oggi mercoledì.. quindi prendo uno di qui numeri e chiamo dopo tanti tentativi risponde una signora dicendomi che io ho rimandato l'email recentemente e devo aspettare xk sono indietro e ancora non è stata letta e che se loro hanno risposto dicendo che non ho bisogno della maternità post partum allora e così.. io ho risp dicendo che aspetterò che voglio risp x comunicarlo a lavoro... comq sia di un menefreghismo e arroganza unica cioe x una maternità x lavoro a rischio che alle mie colleghe e stat accetta e a.me no sto aspettando da quasi 3 mesi xk loro sono indietro.. complimenti. I answered by saying that I will wait that I want to answer to communicate it at work ... comq both of indifference and unique arrogance that is x maternity x work at risk that my colleagues and stat accept and a. I have not been waiting for almost 3 months xk they are back .. congratulations.
