Grazie ad alcuni fantastici programmi di allenamento ho avuto grandi risultati. Consigliata a chi cerca un posto dove prendere sul serio l'allenamento Unlike the other gyms I've attended this one is like it has a soul. Thanks to some great training programs I have had great results. Recommended for anyone looking for a place to take training seriously

Consigliata a chi è stanco di incontrare persone svogliate nelle palestre commerciali e a chi vuole imparare ad allenarsi e a stare in forma. Da un po' ho anche ricominciato ad alternare alla sala pesi i corsi di Calisthenics e Pugilato e mi sto trovando alla grande! Cigliegina sulla torta i prezzi accessibili a tutti senza clausole in piccolo o fregature! Consiglio ✅ Fantastic place to get strong and fit. Suitable for all levels of experience from beginner to the most advanced level. Recommended for those who are tired of meeting lazy people in commercial gyms and for those who want to learn to train and stay fit. For some time I have also started to alternate the Calisthenics and Boxing courses in the weight room and I'm finding myself great! Sono contento di vedere che esistono ancora palestre vere. Fantastic place to work out! Everyone is friendly and the staff go out of their way to help customers with any of their needs! Glad to see that real gyms still exist.

Utilissima l'app di prenotazione che rivela i posti disponibili in palestra per evitare assembramenti. Parecchi e molto interessanti anche i corsi (boxe, calisthenics, zumba...). Highly recommended for those who, like me, are looking for a gym where they can train in peace. Extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly instructor. Very useful the booking app that reveals the seats available in the gym to avoid crowds. There are also several very interesting courses (boxing, calisthenics, zumba ...).

All’interno della palestra verrete seguiti passo per passo dai membri dello staff di IronX in modo da raggiungere gli obiettivi che vi siete prestabiliti. Oltre alla sala attrezzi molto variegata ci sono anche moltissimi corsi tenuti in aree riservate. Vi consiglio inoltre di farvi seguire proprio da Giorgio e di richiedere una scheda di allenamento in modo da definire con chiarezza i vari step da raggiungere.
