It is a gym for women only where you train in a healthy and relaxing way and receive good advice on proper nutrition. The training course is personalized and effective. I highly recommend it.

Grazie a Stefano ed ai suoi consigli sono riuscita a seguire un’alimentazione per me sostenibile e con buoni risultati.
Il metodo di allenamento è molto efficace e funzionale per me, che ho poco tempo e preferisco non avere obblighi di orari.
Il centro è pulito, curato, sono molto attenti alla sicurezza nel rispetto delle norme anti COVID-19
ed ogni volta che entro in palestra c’è sempre qualcuno che mi accoglie con entusiasmo.
