I found myself in a small jewel ... super polite and courteous staff, clean and spacious changing rooms, small but clean and bright 25-lane swimming pool with 6 lanes.

L'unica cosa bella è che puoi nuotare con luce naturale durante il giorno. Non la preferisco. Let go a little, the showers full of limescale, you have to keep pressing the button to be able to wash. The only nice thing is that you can swim in natural light during the day. I don't prefer it.
P	Paolo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono cliente da un anno ma sono imbarazzanti, al telefono NON rispondono MAI. Non abito vicino a loro, ogni volta che ho bisogno di una info mi tocca fare 20 km. Ho chiesto ad una signora dietro il bancone il perché non rispondano mai e quasi scocciata mi ha risposto che non lo fanno quando sono occupati con la gente, peccato che fossi li da solo e ho provato a chiamare mentre facevo le pratiche con lei, e indovinate un po? Il telefono si illumina ma non ha neppure la suoneria. Nel 2021 non e' accettabile. Peccato perche' la piscina e' bella e recente, gli insegnanti bravi I have been a customer for a year but they are embarrassing, they NEVER answer on the phone. I don't live near them, every time I need information I have to travel 20 km. I asked a lady behind the counter why they never answer and almost annoyed she replied that they don't when they are busy with people, too bad I was there alone and I tried to call while I was doing the paperwork with her, and guess what a bit? The phone lights up but does not even have a ringtone. In 2021 it is not acceptable. Too bad because the swimming pool is beautiful and recent, the teachers are good
G	Giusy Caruso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mio figlio ha 7 anni, non sa nuotare, e non è molto fiducioso in acqua, anzi nonostante abbia voglia di imparare ha paura. A settembre , ha deciso di voler fare nuoto per imparare almeno a galleggiare. Sono andata ben due volte prima, per prendere tutte le informazioni, ed ho specificato e sottolineato più volte che il bambino non sapesse nuotare e avesse anche paura. Cosa è stato fatto? Mio figlio ha più paura di prima, è stato messo in un gruppo di bambini della sua età ma di un livello nettamente superiore e il bambino oltre ad avere il terrore ogni venerdì, si è sentito umiliato. Abbiamo più volte parlato di questa situazione, e come soluzione cosa hanno fatto? Nulla! Anzi nell’ultima lezione, il bambino non voleva fare i tuffi, invece che essere incoraggiato o trovare un modo per farglieli fare, nell’acqua più bassa , come lui stesso ha chiesto, è stato messo li a dare il via agli altri, sentendosi in imbarazzo e umiliato. Non mi è piaciuto per niente. Abbiamo deciso di non mandarlo più. Poca attenzione ai bambini, soprattutto ai bambini che sono li con qualche difficoltà in più. NON ADATTA AI BAMBINI CHE HANNO PAURA.
