Inizialmente avevo richiesto la spedizione pagando il dovuto invece il giorno seguente ho optato per il ritiro in sede. Chiamato il fornitore per telefono, questi mi ha confermato che l'ordine era ancora in sede in attesa di completamento. Data l'urgenza abbiamo concordato di ritirare il materiale pronto personalmente e che mi avrebbero spedito il mancante appena disponibile. Durante il ritiro si sono prodigati a confezionare il materiale in modo da poterlo trasportare adeguatamente con il mio mezzo (date le dimensioni dovevo trasportarlo sul tetto del veicolo). Il materiale mancante mi è pervenuto due giorni dopo e con mia grande sorpresa nella confezione ho trovato i soldi della differenza di prezzo della spedizione (essendo più leggero e contenuto il costo della spedizione era diminuito). Grande segno di correttezza, professionalità e soprattutto di ONESTÀ. GRAZIE. I purchased some really nice brushed steel curtain rods at a very competitive price. The missing material came to me two days later and to my surprise in the package I found the money for the difference in the shipping price (being lighter and more contained, the cost of shipping had decreased). h	hamid maggio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, ho comprato online 5 cerniere, mi le hanno mandato senza basette cioè senza quella parte che viene attaccata al mobile, pensavo che era stata una dimenticanza quindi ho segnalato la cosa, la risposta del venditore era "hai ricevuto quello che hai comprato" , è come comprare una macchina e te la consegnano senza ruote. Dove uno trova delle basette adatte a quelle cerniere, naturalmente le ho buttate. Viva la Cina la prossima volta. Bad experience, I bought 5 hinges online, they sent them without bases that is without that part that is attached to the cabinet, I thought it was an oversight so I reported it, the seller's response was "you received what you bought" , it's like buying a car and they deliver it to you without wheels. M	Mik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La ferramenta è molto fornita, ho acquistato scolapiatti inox 86 cm LAVENOX per pensile da 90 cm incasso, questo accessorio ha una struttura affidabile soprattutto nei punti di fissaggio laterali in quanto i perni sono a vite e non a molla, purtroppo ho verificato con l'addetto che il vecchio scolapiatti sempre LAVENOX pur essendo in acciaio era arrugginito in alcuni punti, probabile che non fosse acciaio 304 bensì 430, purtroppo non ho fatto la prova calamita sia sul vecchio che sul nuovo acquisto, l'addetto mi ha assicurato che non ha mai visto tornare indietro nessun accessorio arrugginito, speriamo....sicuramente la problematica non è da imputare al negozio però dovrebbe farsi dare qualche garanzia scritta dal produttore The hardware is well stocked, I purchased 86 cm LAVENOX stainless steel drainer for 90 cm recessed wall unit, this accessory has a reliable structure especially in the lateral fixing points as the pins are screw and not spring, unfortunately I checked with the attendant that the old LAVENOX dish drainer was also rusted in some points, although it was made of steel, probably not 304 but 430 steel, unfortunately I did not perform the magnet test on both the old and the new purchase, the attendant assured me that it did not never seen any rusty accessory come back, we hope .... certainly the problem is not attributable to the shop but it should get some guarantee written by the manufacturer
