★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very strange experience with this company... First, they has problem with a printer and we had to go to another office in other part of the city. When I was done and on my way, they called me because they forgot to give me back my driving license, so I had to go back to the rental company. The car was totally out of fuel, that was a miracle that I made it to a gas station. When I was again on my way, they called me that they left their stuff in the car, and asked to come back- which was impossible. It was very hard to communicate because the person hardly spoken any English and all arrangement about it took like 15 minutes of calls. The car was nice, but really expensive (80€ per day). Additional 50€ for giving car back late (approx 2 hours).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful and good small car. I think I was lucky renting this last car because apparently it was the last available. They seem very busy, which means people are happy with their service. They are right in the centre, in Catania which makes reach them very easy. I'll follow up when I'll return the car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am more than disappointed at the service quality.
During the phone call they said the price for 24h rental will be 18 EUR (it seemed to be very cheap, so I asked twice for the confirmation - in English and Italian). At the place it turned out to be 80 EUR. I rented it because I was in rush and had no other options (they used this fact). It was Friday 6 pm.
An hour later they called me on the way asking to stop because they forgot something important in the car - so unprofessional...
The next day (Saturday) I called them asking how much would it be to have the car for another 24h and they said 100 EUR in total (100 EUR for 2 days). Once again, I double asked for a confirmation. I just had to get there to prolong the contract, so we agreed I will come to the office at 8 pm. There they told me it's actually ADDITIONAL 100 EUR (180 EUR in total for 2 days?!). When you tell them "You said something else on the phone" they will tell you "I'm sorry for my English". So I said I don't want to take it for the next day because it's just unfair price. So they charged me additional 50 EUR.
Summary? 130 EUR for 26 hours.
As I rented the car there was almost no gas at all! I was in rush but first thing I had to do was to get to the closest gas station.
Please, just don't use their services.
I used car rental services in many countries (in Italy as well) and I was never cheated like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We needed a car on short notice to go to Mount Etna since we found out our tour was canceled in the morning. Antony gave us a good quote via WhatsApp and when we got there we were pleased that there were no hidden fees and a basic insurance was included. You can upgrade the insurance, which considering the local driving culture might be a good idea, but we took our chances and everything turned out okay. Antony also gave us lots of additional information and did a detailed video of the car to correctly record any previous damage.

This is a very very good place to rent a car. Very trustworthy, very nice people, amazing service. We don't know this kind of service in Germany, we were there just spontaneous and we didn't expect this kind of service. We had a very great time and experience! ? ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After some difficulties in the beginning everything turned out fine in the end. They exchanged our broken Scooter (which never worked properly) for a small car. We didn't have to pay anything extra and were very happy about that change. Thank you!

Car very nice and perfect condition. Mirko and Yuri are the best car rent in Catania and you can get the car without credit cart and they do also airport service.
