D	Dan Marginean (Pianist) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly owner. He speaks good English. Fair prices and services. Rather old scooters & motorcycles, but they run ok. We got a Sym 300cc scooter with over 73’000km on the clock and drove over 600km within 5 days. Other than the oil light coming on, we didn’t have any problems. Piece of advice : don’t book on the website. Just go to the shop and talk to the owner directly.

S	Simon D. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All other comments are true. It’s Fraud! Be careful! They try to charge your credit card afterwards with no reason. In our case they told us that it was agreed that we will bring the scooter to a special place, but there are witnesses from the Hotel that it was agreed that they pick it up (as they bring it bevor). We informed the police and had to lock our credit card!
M	Maryalice Raddatz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give zero stars I would, THIS PLACE IS THE BIGGEST SCAM SICILY HAS TO OFFER, and that’s saying a lot! We went there to rent two mopeds for one day which we were only planning on using for 2 hours. When we got there it was 11:00, we told them we didn’t a lot of time so we would be bringing them back at 2:30. The paperwork was not extensive but they did a great job at making it take a long time, by the time we went out to look at the bikes it was 11:40 ish, meanwhile the lady at the desk kept calling us back in to finish more paperwork, which she had forgotten about. We went to get the bike and one fell over with no damage. The lady called us back in and At that point it was 12:00 and we told them we wished to cancel because there was not enough time, they told us we could not cancel (even though we hadn’t taken the bikes yet NOR paid) they told us if we did not pay for at least one of the bikes, for wasting there time, they would call the police. They also said they were charging us for damage caused to the windshield, which was not caused by us and it was a small scratch. They told us they would be charging the card on file and I declined, a day later I got a charge for 298 dollars.... this obviously will be cleared up with my bank but do not ever ever go hear this is the biggest scam. This business should be closed down and legal action should be taken for all the people they have scammed
S	Stephen Yang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible. They take forever to respond to bookings and don't respond at all to emails. The Kawasaki provided was extremely old and not in good condition. I broke the side turn signals of the bike, damage should should cost less than €100 to repair. The company charged me €1000 for repairs for a bike that is not even worth that much to begin with. Avoid these guys at all costs.
D	David W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are terrible! DO NOT RENT WITH THEM We rented a scooter with them online. When we arrived the owner didn't want to give us the scooter. He was shouting at us because according to him we didn't have the right drivers license. We had a B drivers license for longer then 3 years so we are allowed to drive the 125 cc scooter. He was claiming that in Italy this is not possible (which is possible we checked with the government website of Italy). We didn't get the scooter and he didn't give us our money back!! THIEFS!

Turned out to have a leaky gastank among other serious issues that made the bike unsafe. I was lucky and only got my pants soaked in gasoline. No apology was given: my complaint was simply ignored. I was charged 33 bucks as a gas refill charge though. We had many more problems with this agency. The staff was rude and again simply ignored my request for help when the bike wouldn’t start due to a broken key. Who knows what other issues with the bikes they overlook or ignore. If they can’t be trusted to check the gas tank, can they be trusted to check the brakes? No. I wouldn’t be surprised if I hear someone got killed riding their dangerously faulty bikes.
