I test di apprendimento finale di un evento formativo che è aperto a tutte le professioni sanitarie per essere validi devono essere calibrati sulle competenze di base dei discenti che vi partecipano. Il test di apprendimento finale del VI congresso Regionale CREI di Reumatologia a cui ho recentemente partecipato è "proibitivo" per i non specialisti in reumatologia e la mia constatazione è stata confermata anche da altri medici a cui ho fatto visionare il suddetto test. Sono felice di essere riuscito a rispondere correttamente a 17 domande su 24, perché svolgo la professione di psicologo e non sono un medico tantomeno specializzato in reumatologia. Sconsiglio i colleghi di partecipare agli eventi formativi di questo provider perché rischiano, come è capitato a me, di fare il corso e non aver riconosciuti i crediti formativi per l'incapacità del provider stesso e del suo comitato tecnico scientifico di fare una corretta valutazione dell'apprendimento dei discenti. The final learning test of the VI CREI Regional Congress of Rheumatology in which I recently participated is "prohibitive" for non-specialists in rheumatology and my finding has also been confirmed by other doctors to whom I have seen the aforementioned test. I am happy that I was able to answer 17 out of 24 questions correctly, because I am a psychologist and I am not a physician, much less specialized in rheumatology. I do not recommend colleagues to participate in the training events of this provider because they risk, as happened to me, to take the course and not have recognized the training credits due to the inability of the provider itself and its scientific technical committee to make a correct evaluation of the learning of learners.

Organizzazione buona. Unica pecca (che gioca la quinta stella), troppe domande nel test, abbastanza difficoltose e capillari, alcune neanche spiegate nel FAD stesso come quelle sulle cicatrici (il corso verteva su tutt'altro e rischiava di inficiare la riuscita del test finale) FAD course with Dr. Bencivenga ... truly enlightening and fascinating, an incomparable teacher in skill and passion for her work! Good organization. The only flaw (which plays the fifth star), too many questions in the test, quite difficult and capillary, some not even explained in the FAD itself as those on the scars (the course was about something else and risked affecting the success of the final test)
