★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venduto per nuovo, con relativo montaggio, PNEUMATICO STAGIONATO da cross di oltre 12 anni, che in meno di 5 minuti dall'utilizzo si è totalmente sfaldato con il distacco dei tacchetti. Il titolare venditore pur sapendo che il pneumatico serviva per una manifestazione sportiva di bambini da tenersi a 1600 km da Catania, in maniera superficiale, poco professionale e incosciente ha comunque venduto la gomma. Non avendo la gomma sostitutiva, dopo oltre un mese, lo ha sostituito richiedendo nuovamente il pagamento di 5 euro per il montaggio. Al quanto singolare. Si consiglia di controllare la data di produzione per evitare che vi rifilino pneumatici Retrò b....

Da evitare assolutamente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BIG ATENTION with this company!!They are present on google with 2 names, Retrobyke and IL Motonoleggio.The last one has 1.9 rating,that is why now they operate with Retrobyke! I had a very very bad experience with this scooter rental.I payed for the scoeter like for a Ferrari.The contract was very unfriendly,basicly you pay for everything.After renting the scooter for 4 days,they called me to bring back the scooter because it is reserved for someone else.Beeing in Taormina that time,I refused.They called me again and told me they will call the police if I don t bring the scooter in that day.I was affraid and I brought back the scooter.After replacing me the scooter,I had tehnical problems with the breaks.I had to go back for fixing it.And finaly things were fine.Very bad experience,they do not know nothing about client service.They perceive you like an enemy there.
