★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buoni solo per mettere le pellicole, per il resto incapaci (non sanno risolvere problemi più complessi di quelli estremamente comuni), non danno nessuna informazione sullo stato della lavorazione e si volevano tenere il telefono (dopo 2 mesi di attesa e tante chiamate).
 Good only to put the films, otherwise incapable (they don't know how to solve more complex problems than the extremely common ones), they don't give any information on the state of the work and they wanted to keep the phone (after 2 months of waiting and many calls).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finalmente un centro riparazioni serio affidabile e pure conveniente ... ma soprattutto ITALIANO! niente contro i Cinesi ci mancherebbe, anzi spesso mi hanno a cena ;) .. ma non basta avere gli occhi a mandorla per essere competenti su certe tecnologie...
Finally a reliable and also affordable ... but above all ITALIAN serious repair center! nothing against the Chinese, God forbid, indeed they often have me at dinner;) .. but it's not enough to have almond-shaped eyes to be competent on certain technologies ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ IPhone 11 PRO da sostituire vetrino fotocamera 1X posteriore. Me lo sostituisce due volte perché continuava a fare foto pessime e mi sporca la fotocamera (foto della 1X sfuocate) insistendo che fa foto perfette da IPhone, avendo ammesso in seguito invece che fa foto appannate e che mi avrebbe pulito fotocamera in seguito. Mi ha graffiato graffiato lo schermo anteriore durante la riparazione, si liquida dicendo che ha messo un panno antigraffio (impossibile non avevo graffi evidenti sul davanti prima di consegnarlo). Rimasti d’accordo che glielo riporto per farglielo smontare e pulire fotocamera. Non mi fido più purtroppo a dargli in mano il mio iPhone. Veramente servizio di IRiparo pessimo. Preferisco pagare molto di più ed avere un servizio professionale. Mancanza di professionalità e competenza. Mi dispiace molto perché sarà anche una brava persona, ma NON nell’aggiustare iPhone.
IPhone 11 PRO to be replaced 1X rear camera glass. He replaces it twice for me because he kept taking bad photos and dirtying my camera (1X photos blurry) by insisting he takes perfect photos from IPhone, having admitted later instead that he takes fogged photos and that he would clean my camera later. He scratched my front screen scratched during the repair, he liquidates it saying he put a non-scratch cloth (impossible I had no obvious scratches on the front before delivering it). I agreed that I bring it back to him to take it apart and clean the camera. Unfortunately, I no longer trust to give him my iPhone. Really bad IRiparo service. I prefer to pay a lot more and have professional service. Lack of professionalism and competence. I am very sorry because he will also be a good person, but NOT at fixing iPhone.
