Mi hanno proposto un preventivo per il notaio molto superiore a quanto il notaio stesso - da me poi contattato - chiedeva. Per fortuna poi ho pagato il prezzo deciso dal notaio. I documenti della casa sono arrivati due mesi dopo la scadenza del contratto preliminare. ---------------------------------------- Ho letto la risposta dell'agenzia. Ribadisco tutto quello che ho scritto e sarei in grado di dimostrarlo. Per quanto riguarda la telefonata, ho dato la piena disponibilità a comunicare via email e whatsapp e attendevo loro messaggi che non sono arrivati. I bought a house from this agency. I am happy with the purchase but the agency asked me for a very high deposit, completely out of order, the agency fees were much higher for me than for the seller; they are usually the same. They offered me a quote for the notary much higher than what the notary himself - which I then contacted - asked. Fortunately, I then paid the price decided by the notary. The house documents arrived two months after the preliminary contract expired. ---------------------------------------- I have read the response from the agency. I repeat everything I have written and I would be able to prove it. As for the phone call, I gave my full availability to communicate via email and whatsapp and I was waiting for messages that did not arrive.

L'agenzia è stata trasparente, precisa nella consegna dei documenti e nell'organizzazione degli incontri, permettendoci di concludere nei tempi stretti di cui disponevamo. Avendo avuto a che fare con altre agenzie posso dire che avrei gradito un pò meno confidenza, nonostante io sia relativamente giovane: il darsi del tu solo quando lo decide il cliente lo trovo molto più professionale rispetto al lanciarsi subito in atteggiamenti amichevoli. E' comunque una preferenza/consiglio personale che non incide sull'operato dell'agenzia, che in ogni caso ha soddisfatto in toto le richieste sia mie che del locatore. Having dealt with other agencies, I can say that I would have appreciated a little less confidence, even though I am relatively young: I find you only when the client decides it much more professional than immediately launching into friendly attitudes. However, it is a personal preference / advice that does not affect the agency's work, which in any case has fully satisfied both my and the landlord's requests.
