Leur conseiller à essayé de m'orienter vers un choix qui n'était pas le mien, lors d'un appel non sollicité, afin de me vendre une imprimante + chère. De plus lors d'un deuxième appel l'échange est tout juste resté sur un ton acceptable.
Very bad interaction with their technical / commercial service.
Their advisor tried to direct me to a choice that was not mine, during an unsolicited call, in order to sell me an expensive printer. In addition, during a second call, the exchange barely remained on an acceptable tone.
