★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contattati sia tramite il portale tecnocasa che telefonicamente per prendere un appuntamento e vedere un immobile. Mi dicono che mi avrebbero richiamato per comunicarmi l'ora ed il giorno. Non mi hanno mai più ricontattato, ho dovuto richiamare io e sentirmi dire che avevano già accettato un'altra proposta. Pessimi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato una villetta singolo tramite questa agenzia ,sembravano persone professionali ed affidabili ,dopo l’acquisto, essendo un immobile da ristrutturare , mi sono ritrovata con un bagno abusivo,non condonato, un intero fabbricato senza un servizio, un garage dichiarato nella piantina, ma senza una concessione edilizia ,era un laboratorio.... danni subiti per rimettere tutto a posto di circa 20.000 euro. Fatto tutto presente all’agenzia della loro negligenze nel controllare i documenti ,compreso il notaio, presentato dalla stessa agenzia, se ne sono lavati le mani... siamo i sign Grieco,la mia esperienza è stata negativa è stiamo ancora pagando alcune spese inerenti all’abitazione.Si può sbagliare, ma i seri professionisti riparato ai danni, la nostra agenzia se ne è lavata le mani completamente, diffidate prima di fare un acquisto con loro, rivolgetevi a seri professionisti! Esperienza pessima
