A	ALEXI BONETTO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abito in un condomino creato da Coeb nel 2009 a Vigonza Tra il 2017 e il 2018 nei vari garage hanno cominciato a verificarsi grosse infiltrazioni d'acqua e dopo numerose email all'amministratore che prontamente riferiva a Coeb, quest'ultimo ha mandato un loro operaio a cercare di risolvere il danno con una tinteggiatura isolante messa nel lato esterno del marciapiede per qualche decina di centimetri in profondità.. è intervenuto varie volte ma con esito sempre negativo. Le infiltrazioni continuano ad ogni pioggia. Siamo nel 2021. Era ed è palese che Coeb dimostra scarsa professionalità nel rimediare i suoi errori commessi in fase di costruzione. Per non bastare parti di muratura che dividono gli appartamenti nelle terrazze al piano superiore si sono staccate provocando crepe, che a loro volta provocano nuove infiltrazioni e umidità alta avendo danneggiato il cappotto. Dopo aver ricontattato l'amministratore mi ha risposto che ha sentito Coeb e purtroppo non ha avuto un riscontro positivo. Pessima dita con professionalità pari allo zero. Mi dispiace ma l'onestà è tutt'altra cosa. Prendetevi la vostra responsabilità e questa recensione prenderà tutt'altro significato, ma non trovo corretto che io debba perdere tempo per dimostrare le vostre realtà.
