Sono rimasta veramente soddisfatta, contrariamente a quanto si possa pensare, l'offerta era tale,alla lettera!!!! Inoltre mi complimento con la persona che mi ha seguita,il figlio del titolare mi sembra, professionale, scrupoloso,mi ha dedicato un lasso di tempo molto confortevole e mi ha consigliato il giusto senza pretenziosità. Di sicuro lo consiglio per chi ha in programma di cambiare gli occhiali o semplicemente ho notato diverse idee regalo per natale, molto originali ed a prezzi onesti. Complimenti davvero!!!!!!,una rara pietra preziosa in un'era in cui le fregature sono sempre dietro l'angolo.
First time at Necchi optician, I took advantage of an offer of glasses that I received in the email. I was really satisfied, contrary to what one might think, the offer was such, to the letter !!!! I also congratulate the person who followed me, the son of the owner seems to me, professional, scrupulous, he dedicated me a very comfortable amount of time and advised me on the right without pretentiousness. For sure I recommend it for those who are planning to change their glasses or simply have noticed several gift ideas for Christmas, very original and at fair prices. Congratulations indeed !!!!!!, a rare precious stone in an era where rip-offs are always around the corner.

Avendo fatto domanda di cambio operatore telefonico, nell'immediato hanno richiesto venti euro causa rallentamento della linea per poter controllare i prezzi. Dopo pochi giorni mi accorgo che l'abbonamento non è quello concordato. A richiesta di spiegazioni via telefonica, mi assicurano che sarei stata ricontattata entro breve. Sette giorni dopo, mi ripresento in negozio, e la signora offre spiegazioni confuse e non coerenti con quello che lei stessa dice.
Spesi venti euro per una tariffa scelta dal negozio stesso (dato che apparentemente la mia era scaduta quel giorno), senza avvertenze in merito e nessuna scusa.
Disruption of telephone operator change.
Having applied for a change of telephone operator, they immediately requested twenty euros due to the slowdown of the line in order to control prices. After a few days I realize that the subscription is not the one agreed. Upon request for explanations via telephone, they assure me that I would be contacted shortly. Seven days later, I return to the shop, and the lady offers confused explanations that are not consistent with what she herself says.
I spent twenty euros for a rate chosen by the shop itself (since mine had apparently expired that day), with no warnings and no apologies.
