Premetto che il 1 luglio di scorso mese sarei dovuta andare in Corsica una settimana in monolocale compreso la nave per un costo di 830,00 ovviamente ha chiesto quasi subito il 30% e il restante quasi una settimana dopo. I biglietti? dopo aver pagato ha detto che aveva tanti biglietti da stampare e dovevo aspettare ci è mancato poco che me li desse il giorno della partenza. Purtroppo quel viaggio non l'ho mai fatto poiché ho avuto un sinistro con la macchina, il viaggio era assicurato ovviamente e a cominciato a dire che dovevo aprirla io la pratica perché a lui non competeva e che lui è un agenzia di viaggio ma non l' assicurazione tanto mi arrabbio tanto faccio manda i documenti il 21 agosto che se non fosse stato per me che ho scoperto la sua cattiva fede a quest'ora per prendere due spicci i guai che ho passato non vi dico poi bugiardo una persona veramente meschina in tutto e per tutto. Ad accoglierci c'era un signore che si è mostrato da subito disinteressato. Ho dovuto proporre io delle mete, quando invece mi aspettavo che fosse lui a presentarmi più scelte. Non ci ha mostrato nulla, cataloghi, foto...si è limitato a prendere i ns. dati e a dirci che ci avrebbe richiamati una volta pronto il preventivo. Mai più sentito!!! Trovati treni autobus tutto anche senza prenotazione alla vigilia di Ferragosto. Mi hanno sempre risolto bene ogni emergenza. Mi fido perche' oltretutto sono Loro a propormi sempre il miglior rapporto qualita' -prezzo e ho ottenuto sempre notevoli sconti. Io continuo a servirmi da Loro con molto piacere. Poi molto conta l' atteggiamento con cui uno si pone. Troviamo sempre un buon dialogo. I have been talking to the two very kind Conductors of the Agency for years and have never had any problems.
