Portata a lavare a termine della passata stagione estiva, e' stata impacchettata ancora umida e al momento dell'apertura era muffita, scolorita e aveva un taglio sulla stoffa. Siamo andati di persona per far notare il problema anche con delle foto ma la signora non ha voluto vedere neanche il prodotto sciupato. Capisco che sono cose che possono succedere ma avere l'arroganza neanche di constatare il problema addebitando la colpa al cliente colpevole secondo loro di non aver conservato in un luogo giusto la veranda (cosa non vera) o di non aver constatato l'asciugatura al momento della consegna, non mi sembra per niente professionale. Forse bastava dare un'occhiata al prodotto e proporre un nuovo lavaggio, magari anche scusandosi. To avoid. Porch of the ruined caravan. Siamo esperti campeggiatori dagli anni 70 e abbiamo sempre pulito e fatto asciugare molto bene le verande prima di riporle in un sacco di plastica fino alla stagione successiva, ma non c'è mai successo una cosa simile. Se la veranda si è ammuffita e scolorita significa che è stata riposta ancora bagnata e alla consegna nessuno ci ha tetto di aprire il sacco. Probabilmente abbiamo sbagliato a fidarci. Ho portato 1 piumino e altre cose ieri mi hanno mandato un sms che sono già pronti dì cui oggi vado a ritirare e mi d’anno solo il cappuccio delle giacca in piumino e il resto no….che senso ha mandarmi un sms per ritirare se del resto non è pronto.

When I came to pick up my suit, I decided to control it because previously I had a plenty of cases when my items weren’t in perfect conditions after their treatments. The woman that is working there was a bit angry about this fact, telling me that all the items were controlled by them self before giving to a client. As the result.... no button on my suit and the answer of the stuff: it’s can happen, we are not responsible for your buttons... This could seems a small problem...from one point, but if I’m coming to professionals I’expecting well done work and perfect items back. I’m paying for the service. I have no time calling them, coming back .... and resolving their mistakes. If you need to wash a blanket they will do it. But If you have the items of value I don’t recommend this place at all.
