★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata in tintoria, rinomata come una delle migliori di Pistoia, per tingere un abito 100% cotone di Romeo Gigli vintage di colore rosso. Ho da subito specificato il valore affettivo ed economico dell'abito alla signora che mi ha servito e alla quale avevo chiesto di fare il capo rosso. La signora ha da subito rifiutato di fare il vestito del colore che avevo richiesto, sostenendo che non fosse possibile a causa di alcune macchie dovute probabilmente a una stintura e mi ha suggerito di farlo nero. Seppur combattuta ho ascoltato la signora che mi ha detto di tornare una settimana dopo. La settimana dopo sono tornata e con fare sgarbato mi è stato detto che il vestito non era pronto e avrei dovuto aspettare altri 5 giorni. Una volta pronto il vestito non solo aveva assunto un colore più vicino al melanzana che al nero, risultando inoltre incartapecorito (palesemente non era stato lavato con ammorbidente), ma aveva tutti i profili delle cuciure ancora rossi. Alla richiesta di spiegazioni mi è stato risposto che "è carino anche così". Sono profondamente disgustata dalla mancanza di professionalità e dalla maleducazione dei commessi. Mi sono stati chiesti (in anticipo) €20 per rovinare un abito a cui tenevo particolarmente, con un lavoro approssimativo e vergognoso che avrei potuto fare tranquillamente a casa con la Coloreria a €5. Mai più.
I went to the dry cleaners, renowned as one of the best in Pistoia, to dye a vintage 100% cotton Romeo Gigli red dress. I immediately specified the emotional and economic value of the dress to the lady who served me and to whom I had asked to be the red head. The lady immediately refused to make the dress in the color I had requested, claiming that it was not possible due to some stains probably due to a dye and she suggested that I do it black. Although hard fought I listened to the lady who told me to come back a week later. The following week I returned and I was rudely told that the dress was not ready and I would have to wait another 5 days. Once ready, the dress not only had taken on a color closer to the aubergine than to the black, making it also paper-rich (obviously it had not been washed with fabric softener), but it had all the stitching profiles still red. When asked for explanations, I was told that "he is so nice too". I am deeply disgusted by the lack of professionalism and the rudeness of the clerks. I was asked (in advance) € 20 to ruin a dress I particularly cared about, with a rough and shameful job that I could have done safely at home with the Coloreria for € 5. Never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La signora è gentile. Il punto di forza, soprattutto per chi fa il pendolare è il fatto che la mattina è aperta dalle 7. Per lavare e stirare una camicia ci vuole circa 1 giorno e mezzo.
The lady is kind. The strong point, especially for commuters, is the fact that in the morning it is open from 7. It takes about 1 day and a half to wash and iron a shirt.
