Tutte le offerte non corrispondono agli arredi che effettivamente sono in esposizione, ti ingannano facendoti pensare che nello stesso prezzo siano inclusi più pezzi ma poi quando vai di persona scopri che non è così. Inoltre non c'è nessuno che ti assiste nella vendita, ci sono solo due ragazzi alla cassa che non sono in grado di aiutarti.
 Deceptive and fake promotions and discounts.
All the offers do not correspond to the furnishings that are actually on display, they deceive you into thinking that more pieces are included in the same price but then when you go in person you discover that it is not. Also there is no one to assist you in the sale, there are only two guys at the checkout who are unable to help you.

I have visited the Rome Tiburtina store several times and have always been satisfied with the welcome and availability of the sales staff who always know how to provide support in the choice with competence and professionalism. The shop is always clean, tidy and the display is very accurate. Excellent assistance during the purchase and also after sales. Compliments!

Abbiamo rifatto il bagno ed è venuto veramente bello, i ragazzi sono stati sempre gentili e disponibili.
Unica piccola pecca è che molte cose vanno ordinate con largo anticipo perché ci vuole un po per averle. Comunque molto soddisfattie
We found ourselves very, very well, we found some exceptional products, some even on offer. Beautiful coatings as well as heated towel rails, sinks etc.
We redid the bathroom and it turned out really nice, the guys were always kind and helpful.
The only small flaw is that many things must be ordered well in advance because it takes a while to get them. Still very satisfied

La delusione riguarda il fatto che non effettuano lo sconto in fattura per bonus ristrutturazione a meno che la ristrutturazione non la fai con loro. Anche volendo, ti dicono che le liste sono strapiene...

The quality / price ratio is good but it is really absurd that the material cannot be returned. Now everyone does. I would not re-order at iperceramica in the future.

Vasta scelta prodotti soprattutto per mattonelle e pavimenti. I prodotti del bagno non sono di qualità elevata, una delle due tavolette del water si è disallineata dopo un paio di mesi.
Visivamente fanno un buon effetto perché le linee sono belle, ma la qualità è proporzionata al costo.
Fatto che non ho amato, essendomi recata in negozio una decina di volte, è l’attesa e la mancanza di possibilità di sedersi durante l’ordine.

Wide choice of products especially for tiles and floors. The bathroom products are not of high quality, one of the two toilet seats misaligned after a couple of months.
Visually they look good because the lines are beautiful, but the quality is in proportion to the cost.
What I did not love, having gone to the store a dozen times, is the waiting and the lack of being able to sit down while ordering.
