I am sorry to make a negative review as I have always bought from you and I have always appreciated your products but last time I did not feel good especially with a blonde too overbearing and unprofessional.

Nothing to envy to larger stores of the same brand: if there is not on display there is certainly in stock! Staff always polite and smiling, even fifteen minutes from closing, available and ready to help in the choice. Thanks girls from Intimissimi to C.C Il Grifone in Bassano del Grappa!

Le commesse erano tutte impegnate, così ho aspettato tranquillamente il mio turno per 20 minuti dopo aver chiesto ad una delle commesse se potesse aiutarmi con la scelta del capo nel momento in cui si sarebbe liberata. Quando finalmente una delle commesse si è liberata, mi ha completamente snobbata servendo un'altra delle signore in coda arrivata ben dopo di me. Non entrerò mai più
Avoid it! I went to this business one Sunday morning. The orders were all busy, so I waited quietly for my turn for 20 minutes after asking one of the sales assistants if she could help me with the choice of the boss when she would be freed. When one of the salespeople finally broke free, she completely disregarded me by serving another of the queued ladies who arrived well after me. I will never enter again
