★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consiglio di scegliere il personale in modo più attento; tre commesse che fanno comarò sussurandosi le cose nelle orecchie quando entrano i clienti in un negozio del genere veramente è inaccettabile! Ho acquistato solo per necessità di un regalo dell'ultimo minuto altrimenti me ne sarei andata appena vista e subito la scena!
I recommend choosing the staff more carefully; three salesgirls who make comarò whispering things in their ears when customers enter a shop like this is really unacceptable! I bought only for the need of a last minute gift otherwise I would have gone as soon as I saw the scene and immediately!

Siamo stati seguiti dalla squisita signora Paola che, nonostante le molteplici richieste che solo una donna in una gioielleria sa fare, e’ rimasta sempre sorridente e disponibile, pronta ad accogliere ogni nostra richiesta. Orora in the shopping center, il Grifone is a jewelry store you never want to leave. Wide choice, welcoming environment, polite and professional staff. We were followed by the exquisite Mrs. Paola who, despite the multiple requests that only a woman in a jewelry store can make, was always smiling and helpful, ready to accommodate our every request. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza:ho acquistato un bracciale da uomo (sarebbe stato un regalo) al momento dell'apertura era già rotto. Dopo qualche mese si è rotto nuovamente.
Tornata al negozio è stata messa in dubbio la mia versione dei fatti, cercando di trovare scuse inaccettabili in maniera tale da liberarsi dalla mia presenza poco gradita.
Consiglio altamente di selezionare meglio il personale.
Bad experience: I bought a men's bracelet (it would have been a gift) at the time of opening it was already broken. After a few months it broke again.
Back at the shop my version of events was questioned, trying to find unacceptable excuses in such a way as to get rid of my unwelcome presence.
I highly recommend to better select the staff.
