Cercando per puro caso sul web ne ho trovato uno disponibile presso la gioielleria Aurum di Bassano del Grappa ed ho chiamato per conferma. Noi abitiamo in provincia di Milano ed il ciondolo doveva arrivare al massimo entro tre giorni. Sia io che mio marito siamo stati accolti dal personale della gioielleria al telefono con estrema cortesia e la nostra necessità dei tempi così stretti è stata gestita in maniera impeccabile! Il giorno successivo al nostro ordine il corriere ci ha consegnato il ciondolo! E senza alcun costo di spedizione! Abbiamo realizzato il piccolo sogno di nostra figlia grazie alla vostra professionalità e gentilezza! Vi ringraziamo di cuore e vi terremo sicuramente presenti per i nostri futuri "preziosi" acquisti!
For her 18 years my daughter wanted a very particular pendant in the shape of a whistle, unfortunately out of production for five years and practically sold out throughout Italy. Searching by chance on the web I found one available at the Aurum jewelry store in Bassano del Grappa and I called to confirm. We live in the province of Milan and the pendant had to arrive within three days at the latest. Both my husband and I were greeted by the jewelry staff on the phone with extreme courtesy and our need for such tight deadlines was handled flawlessly!
