Non pretendo venga sostituita gratis ma che almeno venga ammesso che era un difetto di fusione.. neanche a parlarne! Va be'...me ne faccia vedere qualcuna da spendere molto meno e magari adattare le lenti...neanche a pensarci! Dopo 5 minuti il commesso mi dà in mano le lenti e mi dice che in questo caso avessi fatto l assicurazione me l avrebbe sostituita. Ma fammi il piacere! Con 60€ di assicurazione certo che me l avresti cambiata! In 30 anni che porto gli occhiali non ho mai cambiato una montatura perché si è rotta!! Mi aspettavo che almeno chiedesse ad un responsabile o alla ditta o che ne so a chi ma niente. Haime'... Tanta pubblicità e poca professionalità. Mi dispiace ma non lo consiglio proprio. Lasciando perdere il piccolo particolare che in un mese ho acquistato due paia di occhiali,che dovevano farmi arrivare delle lenti a contatto come campione e non sono mai arrivate. Pazienza. Dieci minuti dopo, cambiando centro commerciale,mi hanno trovato la stessa identica montatura a meno di 40€ messo le lenti e salutato cordialmente. I will never go back. With € 60 of insurance, sure you would have changed it for me! In 30 years of wearing glasses I have never changed a frame because it broke !! I expected him to at least ask a manager or the company or who I know but nothing. Haime '... A lot of publicity and little professionalism. I'm sorry but I really don't recommend it. Leaving aside the small detail that in a month I bought two pairs of glasses, which had to send me contact lenses as a sample and never arrived. Patience. Ten minutes later, changing the mall, they found me the exact same frame for less than 40 € put on the lenses and greeted cordially.
