Ho chiesto se mi poteva far vedere degli occhiali da sole rotondi, mi ha mostrato dei tipi di occhiali leggermente rotondi, ma non era quello che cercavo. Non si può mostrare una foto di un cliente a tutta la clientela per capire se sono della stessa idea tua. Un cliente non va mai offeso perché non ha gli occhiali originali, perché è brutto esteticamente o dirgli con questi occhiali sei brutto/a. Bisogna portare rispetto e l'unica cosa che si puó dire a un cliente secondo me non stai bene con questo tipo di occhiale vediamo se questo ti sta meglio.
I walked into this shop and was well received by the owner. I asked if he could show me round sunglasses, he showed me some slightly round types of glasses, but that wasn't what I was looking for. You cannot show a photo of a customer to all customers to see if they are of the same opinion as you. A customer should never be offended because he does not have the original glasses, because it is aesthetically ugly or tell him you are ugly with these glasses. Respect must be respected and the only thing you can say to a customer in my opinion you are not comfortable with this type of glasses, let's see if this suits you better.
