Ho trovato una grande arroganza ed altrettanta mancanza di professionalità in termini di ascolto e rispetto dei gusti del cliente. Ho sempre avuto un taglio pari alle spalle, odio scalature, alleggerimenti delle punte, frange e ciuffi di qualsiasi tipo. L’ho comunicato più che chiaramente, precisando che volevo accorciare di soli 2cm senza cambiare linea al mio taglio. Il “Genio” ha pensato, o meglio dire NON PENSATO” di poter fare di testa sua e mi ha scalato le punte. Risultato? Ho dovuto tagliare i capelli all’altezza del mento in un altro salone per pareggiarli. STATENE ALLA LARGA. Non esiste peggior parrucchiere di quello che non sa ascoltare il cliente. Veri professionisti hanno sistemato i miei capelli danneggiati con colori terribili da altri parrucchieri. Hanno fatto della mia permanenza nel centro, un momento di vero relax.
