★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In questo punto vendita mi é stato detto che il mio articolo fallato non poteva essere sostituito, dal momento che non era stato acquistato lì e dunque non gli sarebbe ‘stato rimborsato’. Morale della favola? Contattando un altro store la cosa é stata smentita, e, richiamando nello stesso punto vendita del tiburtino, magicamente la risposta della responsabile é cambiata. Credo che sia necessario imparare a scavare un attimino più a fondo, quando si tratta delle necessità dei vostri clienti.
At this store I was told that my faulty item could not be replaced, since it was not purchased there and therefore would not be 'refunded'. Moral of the story? By contacting another store the thing was denied, and, by recalling the same store in the Tiburtino, magically the manager's response changed. I believe it is necessary to learn to dig a little deeper when it comes to the needs of your customers.
