In periodo di pandemia bisognerebbe risolvere tutto on line ma con questa banca è praticamente impossibile! Weeks to talk to someone on the phone. Email but ignore. Un impiegato mi ha informato che per un disguido sarei dovuto tornare dopo 2 giorni, lasciandomi anche il numero di telefono e 2 nominativi per non andarci a vuoto. Oggi ho chiamato 4 volte e un centralinista mi ha ogni volta indirizzato ad un interno che puntualmente non risponde, senza preoccuparsi minimamente delle telefonate inutili precedenti! You have been sending emails for 1 month without any answer on the phone they never answer .... they don't care about their customers at all .... I would not recommend it to anyone.
