2. 07.06.2021: Chiamo il numero verde per la prenotazione dei rifiuti ingombranti e la gentile telefonista mi comunica che la prima data utile è il 09.07.2021.
1. 27.08.2021: I call the toll-free number (service bookable at the number in question) for the collection of mowing and pruning, and the kind telephone operator informs me that the first useful date for collection is one month later
2. 07.06.2021: I call the toll-free number for booking bulky waste and the kind telephone operator informs me that the first useful date is 09.07.2021.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato il call center per la rimozione di un sacco con indumenti e per ben due volte mi è stato detto che l'avrebbero portato via in giornata. Ovviamente si e' trattato di false parole. Persone non credibili.
I called the call center to remove a bag with clothing and was told twice that they would take it away within the day. Obviously it was all false words. Unbelievable people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dicono di avere mezzi all'avanguardia nel rispetto delle norme antinquinamento, per educare il cittadino, ma l'olio esausto non lo raccolgono MAI. Quando chiami per avere spiegazioni o non ti rispondono oppure dicono di lasciarlo fuori fino alle 3 del pomeriggio, tu da buon cittadino lo fai ma comunque nessuno lo raccoglie! Alla fine le persone sono costrette e buttare l'olio nel water... Alla faccia della sensibilizzazione! Parlo per il comune di San Pietro Vernotico!
They say they have cutting-edge means in compliance with anti-pollution regulations, to educate the citizen, but they NEVER collect used oil. When you call for explanations or they don't answer you or they say to leave it out until 3 in the afternoon, you as a good citizen do it but nobody collects it anyway! Eventually people are forced to throw the oil down the toilet ... In the face of awareness! I speak for the municipality of San Pietro Vernotico!
