★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appuntamento prenotato un pomeriggio per il giorno successivo, cancellato senza nessuna spiegazione. Non è stato possibile contattare il "servizio" clienti per ottenere spiegazioni, né prenotare un secondo appuntamento.
Semplicemente inqualificabile.
Nel momento in cui commento, le recensioni danno un punteggio di 1.7 su 5. Basterebbe questo per capire che c'è evidentemente un serio problema.
Appointment booked one afternoon for the next day, canceled without any explanation. It was not possible to contact customer "service" for explanations, nor to book a second appointment.
Simply unspeakable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ C'è da prendere paura per il clima scorbutico di alcuni dipendenti (mi riferisco soprattutto al cassiere uomo che credo sia in menopausa). Il vero dramma in italia è la mancanza di professionalità di gente che lavora e occupa posti di lavoro di gente che merita infinitamente di più. Invito la direzione a fingersi clienti, così capirebbe di cosa parlo!
We should be afraid of the grumpy atmosphere of some employees (I am referring above all to the man cashier who I believe is in menopause). The real drama in Italy is the lack of professionalism of people who work and occupy jobs of people who deserve infinitely more. I invite the management to pretend to be customers, so they would understand what I'm talking about!
