Sono loro cliente da oltre 25 anni, da quando erano con altro nome in via Teodosio, e tutte le volte che ho telefonato presentandomi con nome mio e della mia ditta dall'altra parte solo silenzio, il buongiorno è una cosa a loro sconosciuta. Ultimamente mi servivo da loro solo occasionalmente ma sicuramente non succederà mai più.

I have been their customer for over 25 years, since they were with another name in via Teodosio, and every time I phoned presenting myself and my company name on the other side only silence, good morning is something unknown to them. Lately I only used them occasionally but surely it will never happen again.
