Scandaloso. the services are those of any good bank, the staff does their job even if they seem excessively stressed, but the problem is to contact their manager on the phone, dozens of calls to three different numbers in three days and no answer .. Scandalous.

l	luca bensi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima, non tanto per i prodotti e servizi della banca ma per la signora “Vania” alla cassa del tutto arrogante e indisponente. Dopo avermi dato un informazione completamente errata su un cambio valuta con un errore di ben 3,9 centesimi (su cifre come 4-5 mila euro è un bell’errore) al posto di scusarsi umilmente è riuscita addirittura a riproverare a me (cliente) il ritatdo di 20min e di averle fatto ritardare la pausa pranzo. In qualsiasi altra banca si sarebbero scusati e avrebbero cercato di rimediare per non fare andare via il cliente scontento. Vergogna Bad experience, not so much for the bank's products and services but for the lady "Vania" at the checkout, completely arrogant and disgruntled. After giving me a completely incorrect information on a currency exchange with an error of 3.9 cents (on figures like 4-5 thousand euros is a nice mistake) instead of humbly apologizing she even managed to try again at me (client) the 20min ritatdo and delaying her lunch break. In any other bank they would have apologized and tried to make up for the disgruntled customer. Shame

I put 1stella only because there are 2 polite employees but otherwise it is 1 very bad branch: treated very badly and never anyone answering the phone. Pity that this too is giving 1 service for which everyone gets paid.
