★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personalmente competente ed intellettualmente onesto. Ero andato per una consulenza sul mutuo prima casa che mi avrebbe potuto far diventare loro cliente ma per le condizioni che avevo con altro istituto mi hanno suggerito di no cambiare: bell'esempio di professionalità.

 Personally competent and intellectually honest. I went for a consultancy on the first home loan that could have made me their client but due to the conditions I had with another institute they suggested me not to change: a good example of professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mai trovata così male in una banca, mi sono trovata malissimo in tantissime cose... Anche adesso dopo mesi che ho chiuso il conto continuo ad avere seccature, non ho parole... Allucinante!!!
Never found so bad in a bank, I found myself very bad in many things ... Even now after months that I closed the account I continue to have problems, I have no words ... Hallucinating !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima banca, non hanno voluto chiudermi il conto che lo aperto solo per fare un versamento, mi volevano obligare a continuare ad usare il conto da loro, adesso dopo tanti anni mi hanno mandato a casa da pagare delle tasse per un conto mai usato! Pessimo direttore direi anche con lui ho parlato e mi ha detto che non può aiutarmi, sono solo dei ladri che rubano soldi alla gente!
Bad bank, they didn't want to close my account and I opened it only to make a deposit, they wanted to force me to continue using the account with them, now after so many years they sent me home to pay taxes for an account that has never been used! Bad manager I would say I spoke to him too and he said he can't help me, they are just thieves who steal money from people!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non esiste un numero telefonico per parlare ne con la sede ne con le filiali, in filiale non mi hanno potuto emettere un assegno circolare perché mancava la persona dedicata.........dove devo andare a vedere in farmacia se me lo fanno? Pazzesco....
There is no telephone number to speak with the headquarters or with the branches, in the branch they could not issue me a cashier's check because the dedicated person was missing ......... where should I go to see the pharmacy if I do? Crazy....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non contattabile direttamente via telefono (numero unico per tutta Italia?). Inoltre al numero unico risponde un messaggio automatico che fa riferimento all'evantuale scadenza del bancomat. Chi non ha tempo da perdere, perde la pazienza. Scarsi!
Not contactable directly by phone (single number for all of Italy?). Furthermore, the single number is answered by an automatic message referring to the possible expiry date of the ATM. Those who have no time to waste lose their patience. Scarce!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un'odissea per ottenere la rinegoziazione del mutuo, dopo 6 mesi di telefonate e email (a cui non rispondono) sto ancora attendendo per sapere a che punto è la pratica. Viene quasi da pensare sia una strategia aziendale per fare desistere il cliente.
An odyssey to obtain the renegotiation of the mortgage, after 6 months of phone calls and emails (to which they do not respond) I am still waiting to find out where the practice is. One almost thinks it is a business strategy to make the customer desist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ su internet promettevano mari e monti sul mutuo ma poi di fatto era fumo negli occhi... per loro l'unica cosa che può fare uno di più di 36 anni è andare in affitto...
