★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tutti gli impiegati sono molto gentili ma il direttore è presuntuoso nonché razzista e questo mi rattrista scriverlo ancora nel 2019...sono di origine non italiane ma sono nato e cresciuto in questo paese, sentirmi dire che abbiamo tutti i stessi nomi e siamo tutti uguali mi fa veramente venire il mal di stomaco. Lei sarà il direttore di una banca, ma il rispetto per i suoi clienti non c’è lha.
 All the employees are very kind but the director is presumptuous and racist and this saddens me to write it again in 2019 ... I'm of non-Italian origin but I was born and raised in this country, being told that we all have the same names and we're all the same it really makes me a stomach ache. You will be the director of a bank, but respect for your clients is not there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che non e' mia abitudine scrivere recensioni negative ma questa volta non e' possibile sorvolare, prendo appuntamento on-line come richiesto, mi presento all' appuntamento ma nessuno ad accogliere il cliente, sbircio sul desk di fronte alla porta e leggo il mio nome, li noto esser stato abbinato ad un altro nominativo presumendo sia quello dell' operatore deputato, inizio a cercare fra gli open space, chiedo e mi viene indicato un ufficio, busso ed entro la signora non mi fa neanche accomodare, infatti rimarro' in piedi per tutta la permanenza in banca ma oltretutto si pone in modo davvero scortese, ok, non sono piu' cliente dal 23/12 ma a richiesta di un' estratto conto non mi sarei aspettato un trattamento simile, concludendo con un "dovrebbero far pagare questo tipo di servizio" quando ero cliente pero' ogni mese mi veniva addebitato un fisso per la gestione del conto stesso che ho sempre pagato senza alcuna rimostranza . Ed ora alla prima richiesta di un servizio banale e' questo il trattamento? (per altro andava benissimo un PDF come avevo chiesto ed invece mi e' stato fornito il cartaceo) saro' stato sfortunato ma sono ben contento di aver cambiato istituto di credito.

And now at the first request for a trivial service is this the treatment? (on the other hand a PDF was fine as I asked for and instead I was provided with the paper) I will have been unlucky but I am very happy to have changed credit institution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ appuntamento fissato. Gente in coda. Il mio problema non affrontato, con la persona in banca pure scocciata del fatto che ci fossero così tante persone in coda.
Ho fatto le due operazioni che comunque dovevo effettuare alla cassa automatica in autonomia e sono uscita.
Sul sito sono riuscita a risolvere. Diciamo che la mia customer experience è stata da 0 in istituto e da 4 online, perciò la media di due stelle.
