Mi sono sentito preso in giro: telefoni che non rispondono, persone che ti promettono di richiamarti e non ti richiamano, attese spasmodiche ed indicazioni bancarie approssimative e incomplete.
SPERO VENGA COLTO LA COSTRUTTIVITA' DELLA CRITICA: RICORDATEVI CHE IL CLIENTE E' IL VOSTRO PATRIMONIO E SE VOI TRATTATE GLI ALTRI CLIENTI COME AVETE TRATTATO ME, NON PENSO RIUSCITE AD OTTENERE BUONI RISULTATI.

ABSOLUTELY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE
I felt cheated: phones that don't answer, people who promise to call you back and don't call you back, spasmodic expectations and approximate and incomplete bank statements.
I HOPE THE CONSTRUCTIVITY OF CRITICISM IS RECOVERED: REMEMBER THAT THE CUSTOMER IS YOUR HERITAGE AND IF YOU TREAT THE OTHER CUSTOMERS AS YOU HAVE TREATED ME, I DON'T THINK YOU CAN GET GOOD RESULTS.
