Per due anni mi sono stati addosso nonostante fossi in grave difficoltà economica rispetto al mio ex marito che era cointestatario dello stesso c/c e mutuo e non pagava nulla e sono stati addosso solo a me che anche se a pezzetti pagavo!! Tanti e numerosi errori della filiale ( errori gravi con perdite di soldi ) Cambi di personali continui! E mancanza di conoscenza dei clienti importanti e di sempre. Un mutuo richiesto e negato per incompetenza del direttore attuale. Quest’ultimo, goccia che ha fatto traboccare il vaso, inetto e con una faccia da superiore che mal si addice ad un ruolo pubblico da direttore. Negli ultimi mesi tutti i problemi si sono acutizzato diventando insostenibili. Andiamo via molto volentieri, felici di cambiare banca! Pessima ! Deplorable and indecent! In particolare il sig. Mauro alla casa che, spazientito dall’operazione da me richiesta (evidentemente richiedeva troppo tempo per uno che NON è cliente di quella banca), alla fine mi ha lanciato i soldi sopra il tavolo e salutato a denti stretti.
