I made the wrong decision by going in there without a preference and received HORRIBLE service. A woman with short blonde hair started on my pedicure and cut my toe nails down to the skin... Any type of white portion of the nail I had was cut off. The owner came over to take a look at her work and immediately told her to stop so she can take over. Point blank... If you want good service, go to the owner. She is amazing! She did all she could to fix what was left of my toe nails. She did my mani and it came out beautifully!

The woman tending to my nails was very aggressive and cut too deep into my cuticles. The acetone to remove the previous gel polish was left on for too long where my cuticles and my nails burned horribly under the UV light. I tried to communicate that through rough English/Italian translation but she scolded me for ruining my nails and then complained that she had to redo the gel. As she was applying the gel for a French tip, I asked for minor adjustments in how she painting the nail. She rolled her eyes at me and scoffed. Her attitude was astoundingly unprofessional and extremely rude. I would not recommend this place nor do I plan to ever go back.
N	NaturallyRae Travels on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just got a great pedicure at 6 30pm. My suggestion is to go to here after 7pm. The metered parking is free after that time down the street from the salon.. I believe the owner did my feet. I will be sure to ask for her again, she brought my feet back from the dead. the peppermint scrub was amazing.
A	Alexis Mone’t on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually come here all the time to get a pedicure and manicure with gel polish because it’s the only spot I could find that did pedicures good enough. The Staff knows English so it helps but it has been three times that they have over booked me and I show up for my appointment for them to tell me they are “full” or “I had the wrong time” when I log in my appointments as soon as I get off the phone. The owner rudely told me that I was wrong and they were full then ignored me while I was standing there telling her that I literally just called to confirm my appointment. Also when I do get my nails done service is rushed and my nails don’t even last a week with Gel!! The water is cold when I get me feet done and they don’t take card only euro. They leave the acetone on my nails for too long so when I put my nails under the UV lamp it burns. It’s a hit or miss I have good days there and then days where they just don’t care.
