★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ero correntista da più di vent'anni con la banca popolare di Bergamo e non ho mai avuto problemi ma quando è stato assorbita dalla banca Intesa. Da qui in poi ho trovato difficoltà in tutti sensi, ebbi un colloquio telefonico con il nuovo direttore della banca ,come risolvere queste difficoltà dovuta con la fusione della banca ,ma si dimostrò poco collaborativo e molto attezzoso infine mi invitò pure di cambiare banca. Io credo che chiedere è lecito e rispondere è cortesia cosa che non ho riscontrato nel nuovo direttore della banca Intesa
I had been a current account holder for over twenty years with the popular bank of Bergamo and I never had any problems but when it was absorbed by the Intesa bank. From here on I found it difficult in all senses, I had a telephone conversation with the new director of the bank, how to resolve these difficulties due to the merger of the bank, but he proved to be uncooperative and very attitude, finally he also invited me to change bank. I believe that asking is lawful and answering is courtesy, which I did not find in the new director of Banca Intesa
